Your wedding is based on a promise – make it before God
Your marriage is built on a sinlge vow: that you choose each other as partners for a life. This is the vow you make in front of your family and friends, for which you can ask our pastor to officiate.
The Lord is with you everywhere and any time. The stressful world we live in makes it hard to switch off the noise surrounding you and focus on each other. Till you get to the momentum of your wedding, you go through many stages, have lots of tasks to handle, guests mingle around – and everything just becomes more exhausting when the big day starts. This is the enviroment where you shoul make a commitment for a lifetime.
The pastor of our Community Church is there for you to help focusing on each other and the vows you make. To calm down your mind and open your heart. To feel the power vested in you by the Lord to say what you do and to do what you say. The Holy Spirit guides us while Love fill the service.
We are an open community – you have a place at us. Let’s talk about you wedding today!
We are not (both) baptized...
You can be baptized before the wedding service or even during. Being Christian is not just a religious act – it is a decision to live by Love.
We don't have time for religious education.
The training before the wedding helps you to prepare your mind, soul and heart to the sacred pledge of the wedding. This training can happen in one sit before the wedding. We strongly believe that an ethical person can make a decision. The Holy Spirit is with us as a inside „navigator” to lead us in a situation like this. Couples living out of Hungary can have the necesary training just before the wedding to save time.
We want our wedding at our venue.
It is the Lord’s words (Matthew 18):
18 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be[e] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[f] loosed in heaven.
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
What is the cost of the ceremony?
We are a community church, we do not get any fund from the Goverment, therefore we rely on our community’s charity. We accept donation for our service on a wedding, which amount is personaly agreed.
Conditions of a Christian Wedding
At least one party of the couple should be baptized. The venue should be appropriate for a blessful event. The official (by registrar) wedding is adised to be done beforehand. (It is possible to do both together.)

„11 Nevertheless, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. 12 For as woman came from man, so also man is born of woman. But everything comes from God.”
(1 Corinthians 11)
„12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.” (1 John 4)
„16 And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them..” (1 John 4)
Marriage is a sacred union – in which you can stay for a life if you understand its secret. Teaching from Khalil Gibran:
You were born together, and together you shall be forevermore.
You shall be together when the white wings of death scatter your days.
Ay, you shall be together even in the silent memory of God.
But let there be spaces in your togetherness,
And let the winds of the heavens dance between you.
Love one another, but make not a bond of love:
Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.
Fill each other’s cup but drink not from one cup.
Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf
Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone,
Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music.
Give your hearts, but not into each other’s keeping.
For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts.
And stand together yet not too near together:
For the pillars of the temple stand apart,
And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other’s shadow.
